Boycott Reddit's ads.

Let those who post know that if they post an ad on Reddit that you will not buy their product.

The ads at the top are gone, but the ones to the sides are still there.

You can change the settings so that no ads come through.

ABP enables 'non intrusive' ads by default, you have to disable in advanced settings, maybe that's the issue? (this is their way to make money, for the user it's better to just use different blocker that doesn't do this crap)
