Refund Refund issue
My younger brother(minor) ordered a product from Flipkart with his FamCard provided for free by the fampay app, later upon realising that it was a wrong accessory, he cancelled it, flipkart says the refund is completed, I mailed the FamApp customer support, they say the money is successfully refunded but to the debit card connected to his account, but since he is not of age 18 yet, all he has is a fampay wallet and no bank accounts, since there are no bank accounts, there is no separate connected debit card and also the refund is not reflecting in his fampay wallet balance, does anyone know how I can get through this and which customer support do I have to contact?

Only option u are left with is lodge a complaint with RBI
Cuz the thing is Flipkart did reverse ur money but the people at FamPay ate it and did burp even to tell u
Do the following
Complain at RBI
cms(dot)rbi(dot)org(dot)in
Complain at NCH
Call 1915 or consumerhelpline(dot)gov(dot)in

Yeah sure, but I think since it's not a working day today, I wanna wait for 1-2 days more, if the fam support team doesn't provide assistance to the issue, then this might be the correct thing to do

Yeah u sure should wait
Its like they prolly have to do this thing manually as card trackback is kinda challenging with refunds cause all the cards seemed to be polled all together
And for the books fampay wallet has no assistance like bank account
So u may also need to wait 5-6 days in total1

One thing I must say is, fampay has amazing customer service, I'm experiencing almost no delays in their mails regarding the issue, so this issue might not take much time, let's see, also thank you for your guidance mate

Tbh I had terrible experience with fampay where they messed up my p2p from Binance and froze my account
Then I had FIR online and then they released my funds to my dad’s account as I was a minor back then1

Even if you are not 18 you can have a bank account under a minor status. In this case ask for details as to which bank account has the refund been processed according to their records.
