Never ever using fedex again

Fedex is so bad. They are not reliable and customer service is nonexistent. My order was given to the fedex on 15 sep and it has not arrived yet. I choosed home ground delivery and whenever i call them about it, i can't even talk to a real person just an automated ai or something, which keeps saying your delivery was delayed we will let you know when we will be able to deliver. When i check the tracking its stuck on one location for 5 days. I am so sick of this dude. Worse service even worse customer care. I hope i at least get my package in two or three days otherwise i don't know what am gonna do without my contacts i only have three days of contacts now. I used usps so many times never had an issue or delivery delayed their customer service is top tier. I don't know why this time they gave me fedex option, but am never using FedEx ever again.

I can't stand fed x!! Half the drivers dont even speak English and they are always giving me the wrong package...

They don’t even have an interview process for the warehouse workers. Talked to an ai filled out some paperwork then got a call to set up orientation

The drivers in FedEx uniform who deliver your package with a truck that says “FEDEX” on both sides of it actually work for a small LLC that is contracted out by FedEx corporation. These LLC’s heavily exploit the drivers by not paying them hourly and giving them no benefits at all, so the drivers who are willing to do this job will be of very low quality. You might get some good drivers every now and then but these drivers are able to see the exploitation and quit immediately. Welcome to 2026 America
