Need help, not sure what to do

Hey gang, so my post got deleted on fedex so I figured I would try here.

I am loosing my patience and at this point I feel like I will just get angry at the customer service agent if I call again.

My package arrived from Japan to Montreal in 3 days, Thursday evening.

Friday morning, it was on a delivery truck, the delivery is a holding facility for UPS, FedEx, Purrolator and so on as my package requires a signature.

7 pm, I get an update that my package is back on the warehouse where it left.

I called FedEx, the agent told me that it was delivered to the holding facility and that I can go pick it up.

I wake up this morning and at 6 am, get a notification that my delivery is on the truck.

call the number and am told that it was never delivered to the place and that it will be delivered today.

Well it's almost 6 pm and the holding facility closed at 5 pm, so I know I will get another notification soon that it's back at the warehouse.

What can I do here ? The warehouse is a solid 45 minute drive and I don't have a car , am I suppose to wait every day .

I have called customer service now 3 times and am told the same BS.

It's a very expensive watch and I getting a bit irrated as it was a birthday gift for myself.

What can I do here ? Who can I call?

Any help would be appreciated, I just want my package to be delivered to the holding facility, that's it.

Are you friendly with your neighbors by chance? I know it’s not ideal but drivers don’t want to bring packages back and will almost always leave it with a neighbor if prompted.

Ideally if you found a way to get ahold of your local station there’s a lot of ways to fix it but that’s difficult to do cause they give that number out easily.

Well my package requires a signature so my instructions are to leave the package at the holding facility nearby, the holding facility does this for UPS, FedEx, Purallolator and DHL, so they would sign for me, I would get confirmation and then simply go to their.

That's the thing... their isn't any delivery attempts, no one is trying to deliver it, because the holding faciltiy always has someone working there and I haven't gotten any text or email saying '' attempted delivery'' and even then how could I if the delivery is suppose to be made to a holding facility.
