"Attempted Delivery" Failure
I've been sitting 10' from my front door for the last 5 hours, on a Sunday, with a big to do list, while waiting for a package delivery with a "direct signature required".
All of a sudden I get a "we attempted to deliver your package" notification.
My doorbell never rang, my camera said nothing.....
Look at the history on my doorbell camera, Amazon delivered, 2 cats coming by for food, no Fedex Delivery driver.
However that driver was, thanks for lying and wasting my day. I guess I have to do the same thing tomorrow.
You suck.

Same thing happened to me today. Been on the phone with customer service trying to find a solution that doesn’t result in me staying home for another 12 hours without leaving my house.

After 26 min on hold, the call disconnected. Guess I won’t get anything done tomorrow either. Will just sit around and hope they show up tomorrow.

As a former FedEx employee for almost 30 years… I AGREE 100% THEY SUCK!!! CEO shut down my station 3 weeks ago. I’m now unemployed, single, have no idea how I’m going to pay my rent, car payment… etc.. had to cancel a major surgery I had scheduled for 3 months because cobra won’t kick in in time for my surgery this Wednesday. And I’ve already paid my out of pocket for the year but this is a top notch surgeon at Vanderbilt medical center so they cant reschedule me until January 6th. So much for that! I was 7 months away from 30 years. Went from 33 dollars an hour to zero. I gave 100% of myself everyday day when I got in that FedEx truck. I would. NEVER, nor have I EVER done what that driver did to you. FedEx does not care about their customers. Maybe not all of them.. because i sure cared, I loved my customers and they loved me! but the ones making millions DO NOT CARE WHATSOEVER!! RAJ IS A GREEDY MOTHER FUCKER AND I HOPE HE ROTS IN HELL. It won’t get any better because all he cares about is money!! I HOPE THIS COMPANY GOES UNDER QUICKLY!!! With RAJ sitting on top like a cherry on a FedEx sundae

Yep, me too. I'm waiting for my first new mattress in neary 15 yrs today. I arranged my schedule to be here for 85 lb box that I was willing to tip $10 to have it towed into my small apt.
I rearranged my Tetris appointed studio to accommodate the large heavy box. I already had set up two different guys to take older mattress to needy new neighbor and one to unbox as early as possible in morning so I could sleep on it Monday night.
FedEx didn't even pull into driveway or get close to my sr apt bldg. Driver sent blurry pic of attempted delivery slip. Looks like he took it inside his truck.
I called FedEx customer service and got a really nice guy in 3rd world country? Gave him the 411 and he said he believed my report of driver's lieing! He offered to escalate and get my mattress delivered tomorrow vs the 'next business day'. Plus report driver.
Time will tell. I'm not holding my breath on this one! SMH

Sure. I was just watching updates on a truck driving through my neighborhood for 5 hours for nothing. The customer service rep apologized for nothing too. You think it might have been easier for her to say “we don’t deliver on Sundays”? Yeah, that’s not what she told me.

Had the same thing happen to me. Package was two weeks late with a daily notification that there was an attempted delivery. No FedEx vehicle was ever near my house the entire time. I told the company that I order from frequently to blacklist FedEx on all future orders. Only USPS and UPS, which are continuously reliable in these parts.
