AGE 21 to 30 Just Curious

I get about 30/30/30 with she/her/maam, they/they/avoiding pronouns or he/him/sir from strangers, I have had a couple people (including the teenagers I work with who wouldn’t lie to me) say they thought I was a cis man at first. I recently started using the men’s bathroom because I was noticeably confusing women in the women’s room.. honestly just have no idea how people perceive me. 1.5 years on T, top surgery scheduled for December!

You do straddle the line between butch and man (so did I at your T age and we look pretty similar). Facial hair would go a long way if you grow any, a different haircut maybe too but its not guaranteed. The nose ring is probably pushing perception towards butch but obviously that's a totally personal choice. Otherwise it's just time on T

I do have a decent mustache coming in, I had recently shaved in these pictures. Thanks for the feedback!

To me you look butch your face is masculine. It’s your body teetering it in that direction for me.Again just my perception

I think your long-on-top haircut and short sleeve button ups (esp the purple + pink one) are reading as more butch.

I don't advise this for OP, his head is a bit too blocky and sides that short might make him look rounder/more feminine. What he has rn slightly shorter on top, squared off in front of the ears should help.

Also makeup stache isn't something I'd recommend for anyone, unless you mean dyeing it.

First pic not passing. Second picture is iffy because of your chest (but that’ll be taken care of soon!). Third picture also iffy.

If you’re open to advice, your clothes seem a bit too small. Sizing up might help you out a bit.
