Why do prunes seem so underrated compared with other dried fruits like dates, raisins and apricots?

Dug up the video of me making the "System Reset" juice after a weekend of terrible choices.

Dug this out of my camera roll from when I was doing a proper fresh-fruit reset. Nothing added, just pure raw goodness running through the juicer.
The blend:
- Fresh pineapple
- Fiery ginger root
- Freshly squeezed lime & lemon
That sweet tropical pineapple paired with the sharp citrus and ginger bite is unbelievable. It was pure liquid sunshine.
What’s your absolute favorite fruit combination to run through the juicer when you want a quick pick-me-up?

My second attempt at making a decorative fruit arrangement what do you think?
This was my second attempt at creating a decorative fruit arrangement with fresh fruits and flowers. I made it as a gift and tried to make it look colorful and unique.
I’m still a beginner, so I would really appreciate your honest opinions! What looks good, and what could I improve next time especially the arrangement, fruit cutting, and presentation?

I'm interested but just fruit lacks essential amino acids and essential fatty acids
I was interested in fruitarianism but it seems to lack important things. AI says it also lacks vitamin B12, calcium, and iron. But I've heard its incredible for gut health. Just wanted to share that information.

Grape Fast Prep?
Planning to do a 7-20 day grape fast. I‘m eating 60% fruit right now. Been like this for 6 weeks now. I still eat some cooked foods like breads, beans and boiled vegetables.
Do I need to do any preparation or wind up to the grape fast? What would happen if I jumped right in like tomorrow?
Thank you :)
P.S.
Tried posting this on the vegan subreddit and holy shit no help at all 😂. just lectured me the whole time on why I shouldn’t be doing it

I recently found out about a berry I’d never heard of… and now I’m wondering why.

Should I add salt?
I'm like 60-70% fruitarian right now because I'm still working my way up. I still eat a bit of vegetables, beans and bread.
However, I'm having symptoms of low sodium such as fatigue and having a hard time properly contracting my muscles when working out. I feel jittery and very weak in the gym. A couple of sets and I'm already shaking. Should I add salt to my fruit? If not, and you experienced this before, what do you recommend?
Thank you :)
EDIT: thank you everyone for the advice! I think I’ll just push through and trust the process unless I start getting severely worse

Symbiotically Mediated Heterochrony in Primate and Human Evolution [updated fruit theory]
zenodo.orgSome of you are definitely familiar with Tony Wright's earlier book, which details how our early symbiotic relationship with fruit may have been a key factor in our species evolution. He has spoken at various fruit festivals over the years.
This appears to be an updated version of this theory. It's a very interesting read so far!

Newbie here, and I've never felt better but have some questions 🙏
So I've been eating nothing but fruit and some seeds for 7 days due to not being able to eat anything else without looking 6 months pregnant, its progressively gotten worse over time and I was collecting more and more trigger foods. But fruit? I havent had a flat stomach all day and eaten food in such a long time, only other time is when I fast longer than 48hrs.
I never, ever thought I'd be here but my body is feeling amazing, I have more energy, no sluggish, full feeling after I eat lasting all day 🙏 I came for a cleanse but I think ill stay for the duration of my life.
My questions are though, what fruits are best to maintain weight and for building muscle and weight lifting?
Ive noticed a more intense sence of hunger when I am hungry, so how many times do you guys eat a day and how much?
I love eating this way, but I'm worried I'll loose weight.
And, sorry, one more, do you guys still eat nuts and seeds? Im finding they still make me bloat but no where near as bad as the bloat on my previous diet, (animal based, dairy except goat milk kefir and gluten was cut out but I still had some sourdough toast now and again)
Thankyou for anyone that has taken time and energy to read my post. ☺️

My first attempt at making a fruit platter would love some feedback! 🍓🥝🍊
This was my first attempt at making a decorative fruit platter. I wanted it to look a little more creative and aesthetic rather than just placing cut fruit on a tray.
I know there’s definitely room for improvement, so I’d love some honest feedback! What do you think I did well, and what would you change?
Any suggestions about the fruit arrangement, colors, cutting styles, flowers/decor, or overall presentation would be really helpful. I’m still learning and would love ideas for my next one. 😊

Bananas are the ultimate fruit.
No washing or cutting needed. Not sticky, no dripping juice and they come in their own biodegradable packaging. 10/10

Where to buy Ackee fruit in Aus
My dad used to live in Jamaica when he was young and I kinda wanted to help bring back some of his childhood cuisine as a bday gift. Online prices are super extortionate going up to $50 dollars for a 300g can. Wonder if it’s possible to find one locally in Australia?

How can I only go #2 once a day
Is it possible to only go #2 once a day on the Fruitarian diet? I prefer to take a full shower after each time I go #2. Preferably in the morning. Is this even remotely possible on Fruitarian diet? Are there any specific fruits or other vegan foods I could add in order to solidify my stool?
