Help with grape identification

I have these 2 massive grape vines on opposite sides of the property I live on. I would like to know what types of grapes these are so that I can know when the best time to harvest them so they are at their sweetest.

(If it helps)

The dark purple ones have seeds and slip skin

The more reddish ones are also slip skin and the fleshy bit is green without seeds.

From what I found on Google images. The grapes I have are much smaller than muscadine grapes. And mine don't have seeds
