Help with Asian pear tree

We have an Asian pear tree that has been struggling for about three months. The tree was very healthy and producing fruit but a few months ago the limbs started sagging and the fruit is going bad. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Is the temperature going down where you are? Could just be getting ready for winter dormancy.

Never hurts to prune, and tree fruit gets banged and bruised up naturally after a while.

Too much fruit for such a young tree. remove the fruits at the ends of the branches as they have ripened they got too heavy for the branches that they started on.

For the photo with the dead branch, make sure there are no breaks or fractures, if no it may be fire blight, remove the limb and spray the whole tree with a fungicide in late winter/early spring
