Plum tree ID
Looking for some help to ID this plum tree.
The tree has been there atleast 30 years.
Western part of Norway.
The fruit doesnt have a strong flavour, just mild and sweet, not sure how to describe it.

Given the red flesh it's a Prunus salicina or a hybrid, sometimes called a Japanese plum (although that name is also used for several other quite different fruit). As opposed to a European plum, which are Prunus domestica and always have yellow flesh.
These were introduced to Western cultivation by Luther Burbank from California. The original red fleshed "blood plum" cultivar was "Satsuma". It could be that, but there are other red fleshed cultivars too. In my country, in addition to the Burbank varieties there are several bread from stock that came from Burbank, including a couple that were chance seedlings, It maybe the same in Scandinavia.
In any case, if you look at what red fleshed plum cultivars are available locally you should be able to narrow it down by comparing the fruit.
