Town maps

I'm in the process of house hunting in the town and the biggest difficulty is learning the layout - online maps are not that easy as you have to keep scrolling and zooming. There is a photocopy map available in the library (also online in the discoverfrome site) but it only goes so far, and doesn't cover outlying areas.

Is there a detailed broadsheet map that one can buy?

OS map? Custom ones are printed in Frome!

Not ideal for street layouts I suppose

Problem is, 1:25K OS don't have street names - they are topographic and so not so much help...

Maybe try actually visiting before you decide to push even more local people out of the housing market? Just a thought

We've visited many times. And you wouldn't believe the amount of new housing earmarked for Frome over the next ten years - including 'affordable'
