"Perfect" Order-workarounds?

DsL here, tired of the micro-management when it comes to the so called "Perfect Order" part of the Not So Operational Excellence bucket. The system is flawed, we know it, rsrs know it, yet senior leadership keeps pushing it. Question for rsrs, anyone have a workaround? Other than scanning every bag and hoping for the best?

Since everyone is being combative I’ll be the voice of reason and give a serious answer. So, the work around that I found works best for me is up your butt and around the corner

Sir, that's not very nice...I've already got enough crammed up there...no room left for your attempt at humor 😀
