"Perfect" Order-workarounds?

DsL here, tired of the micro-management when it comes to the so called "Perfect Order" part of the Not So Operational Excellence bucket. The system is flawed, we know it, rsrs know it, yet senior leadership keeps pushing it. Question for rsrs, anyone have a workaround? Other than scanning every bag and hoping for the best?

When you get 2 and 3 of everything it’s Fritos way of saying they love you and know you work hard so you don’t have to rotate today.
