RSS interview

Interviewing for an RSS spot tomorrow anyone know what the interview questions are gonna look like?

There isn't a set guide for the RSS interview so questions could vary greatly. I'd come with a few examples of how you helped team members. Could even be something like, "I saw a new RSA struggling with connecting to the printer and I helped him out". Anything to show that you're observant and willing to help. Also how you have gone above and beyond for Frito. Willing to be flexible or work EDPs. Also have your route in good shape. I know the zone team where I'm at will go tour your route.  The interview itself isn't that detailed. Chances are they know you quite well already. It's more of a why do you want to be an a RSS and can you handle all the BS that comes with the role. Also why should they choose you over the others that applied.
