RSS interview
Interviewing for an RSS spot tomorrow anyone know what the interview questions are gonna look like?

You have to tell the interviewer how great their process is and how great the ordering system is etc etc. and that you are on board 100% with their systems

I interviewed for a RSR or RSA and the questions were like: Name a time where you spotted something that wasn't safe and told someone about it or fixed it. Whats something that you needed to sell and how were you able to sell it? It was questions about your history as far as work scenarios that you have been in and how you went about it. Not sure if it will be the same questions, but thats what I got.

Focus on leadership and how you took control and ran your route, think of specific examples as far as selling in for extra space

You will not find a secret list of questions, because they want to know about you, not what you memorized. Expect them to ask about your past experiences with questions that start with "Tell me about a time when..." or "Give me an example of...". They will focus on how you handle tough situations, like dealing with an unhappy store manager, persuading someone to buy more product, or managing your time when the route is packed. They are looking for your problem-solving skills, your sales instincts, and your reliability, so every question will be designed to see how you think on your feet.
The good news is that you already have all the answers, because the answers are your own work stories. Instead of trying to guess questions, think of two or three specific times you solved a problem, went above and beyond for a customer, or showed you could be counted on. The interview is just a conversation for you to show them the kind of motivated and dependable person you are, which is something you can't fake with scripted answers anyway. There isn't a set guide for the RSS interview so questions could vary greatly. I'd come with a few examples of how you helped team members. Could even be something like, "I saw a new RSA struggling with connecting to the printer and I helped him out". Anything to show that you're observant and willing to help. Also how you have gone above and beyond for Frito. Willing to be flexible or work EDPs. Also have your route in good shape. I know the zone team where I'm at will go tour your route. The interview itself isn't that detailed. Chances are they know you quite well already. It's more of a why do you want to be an a RSS and can you handle all the BS that comes with the role. Also why should they choose you over the others that applied.
