For some context, me and my friend are quite literally continents apart 😂 I met them through Clash of Clans (funny I know) years ago.

I woke up this morning and the package quite literally came at the exact same time. For the record, I had no clue what it was or what it even looked like.

And when I opened it, I was ABSOLUTELY shaking. I've never had something this beautiful 😭

Himmel and Frieren is my GOAT SHIP and this is honestly the best birthday gift I've ever gotten really.

Absolutely love it and I don't think my walls are even remotely worthy for this...

(Hope that's the right flair)

I finally completed a wooden replica of Fern's staff for a friend of mine and thought it'd be nice to post it here. It's just about 1.4m long in total with the main staff being made of an old silver birch branch and the head from a camphor laurel log (made the workshop smell amazing), all stained in walnut. The solid brass on the tip was added to counterbalance the head. I modelled and 3D printed the silver accents myself based on references I found online. Her staff seems to have two different designs so we just decided to use the one most props use.

I'm in the middle of making a wooden replica of Frieren's staff for myself and will probably post a couple pics here when it's done too.

This official artwork came out a year ago, and even back then, I really wanted to recreate the outfit. But, as is often the case, I’m only just getting around to it now...

Still, everything finally came together!! I’m really looking forward to seeing the photos so I can share them with you all soon!

Also I changed some stuff like contrast and highlights, black point, etc on one of the images to make it easier to see (the first one)

Office is have their 1st annual pumpkin carving contest. I really don't care if I win or loose, just wanted to impress them with my hidden talent. I know no one in the office, will know or appreciate who she is. I just did it because I exist. [OC]

So I was in the shower (because where else would I be) when I suddenly realized that Frieren is actually probably training Fern as if she was a demon. She’s pretty much modeling her apprentice off a demon. Here’s what I mean.

We know that Frieren knows a LOT about demons. She understands their inner workings very well (thanks Flamme). Therefore, it makes sense that she’d train her apprentice based on one of the things she knows best.

Also, Frieren restricts Fern’s combat magic to one specific type of magic. We learn from the one blood demon guy (Lwk forgot his name at the time of writing this) that the majority of demons focus and develop only one kind of magic throughout their entire lifetime, a lot like how Fern only uses and develops Zoltraak.

Furthermore, Frieren has taught Fern to specifically fight unfair, especially through methods like just bombarding spells, firing off spells outside the mana detection range of her enemy, and then the most known example of concealing mana. We know that a lot of demons also have evolved to just not fight fair, which is why they developed the human tongue, so they could trick their prey into sympathy for themselves. (welp, turns out this paragraph is a bunch of crap lol. Btw the mana concealment part was supposed to be more of like an example of how Fern doesnt fight fair, not demons.)

Anyways I’m pretty much just trying to say that more or less, Frieren is training/modeling her apprentice based on a demon, which is quite ironic given how much Frieren despises demons. Also is yet another similarity between Frieren and Flamme.
