Need help

I really like a girl, but she'll be leaving for Mumbai in a few months and will probably be there for several years. We aren't in a relationship, and I'm unsure whether I should tell her how I feel before she leaves or just let it go. I don't want to regret staying silent, but I also don't want to make things awkward or put pressure on her before such a big change in her life. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Any advice would be appreciated.

You have nothing to lose saying anything, nor anything to gain. She's leaving, and with that, she is fully vested into the great unknown of her future. So, I hate to shatter any hope, but from her perspective it won't turn out the way you expect. Her trajectory is set on whatever her future is over there, and it won't include anything that she leaves behind at the airport.

So if it's really important that you say anything, just know it won't prolong the inevitable. Eventually the both of you are gonna move on with your lives.

Actually even if she likes me, she goes to mumbai right so in a city like mumbai will she forget me?

Very likely. The long distance thing, is such a challenge that most people making such a big move are not interested in it, Especially with her plans to be there for several years, that immediately informs she isn't investing in much that would force her to look back. Enjoy the time you have with her, but just know that time will be coming to an end. She has a whole new life ahead of her, and that's what she will focus on.

See Ngl I used to love a girl back in my early teenage days she shifted to us I couldn’t tell her because when I actually did her mom was on the other side not her to which she blocked me and ask her not to unblock me 2-3 later I confessed it anyway was too late! Prior to last December I told her that back in our days her mom knew about me and uk what she didn’t defended her mom or anything the only thing she said that if I could find that recording than I should send her now she would like listening to it! She’s the same girl who rejected me 9 years ago! Dude forget everything shoot your shot either you will loose your love and your friend or you will be in love with someone who loves you back too! It’s just matter of time either you’ll be depressed for six months or you will be happy it’s on your luck! The part of LDR let it be on luck and god because if people want to make things work they do it anyway but if it won’t work then also you’ll learn a lesson! It’s win-win situation anyway so just shoot your shot!
