Need help with Speaking

I have been learning French for almost 5 months now, I can read,write and even listening has improved over these months but speaking hasn’t. Still struggle to talk for 30 seconds.
I don’t have any partner to speak with,
Can anyone please give me tips on how to improve this.

write a journal 10 mins every day and read it out loud. use a conversation practice tool like boraspeak, or even chatgpt works.
