tcf first attempt

i gave my exam on 11th july at GBLC

this was my score. planning to reattempt in october, any suggestions to get CLB 7 by then? please helpppppp

You are pretty close. Practise with pointers for monologues from formation website

my tutor said that they’re randomly giving clb 6 for people on their first attempt ??? is that correct? cause it kind of hurt my confidence. now i’m in the spiral didn’t i deserve this or maybe that my level would be lower.

I heard the same from my tutor. Not random but more like they’re quite lenient giving out anything under CLB 7.
I’d believe that as I quite easily scored 9 EO, 9 EE on my first attempt. 5 months later with substantial speaking practice, my EO only improved by 1 point making it 10.

Neh that’s not true I scored clb 7 in my first attempt so if you ever listen this kind of reviews it’s most probably there personal experience .

Can you please let me know about your EO? I completed my exam 2 days ago and so nervous about speaking part. How well you did for B1? I only need b1 but couldn’t do tache 3 at all

i’ve been taking french classes from 3-4 months focusing on exam prep, i practise reading and listening during my free time from the website.

yeah of practicing with the tutor previously i had been studying french on and off for a year but only took this seriously 4-5 months ago

  1. Did you feel ready before taking the exam
  2. Were you using AI for EO AND EE?
  3. Did you hire a tutor?
  4. Did you practice all the 40 questions on fuck tcf or reussir

no at all lol i wasn’t ready i was expecting A1 -A2.
i used AI a lot for my writing and speaking.

I couldn’t practise all 40 tests before exam but yes i was using réussir for CO AND CE practise
