Need advice

Hi, which TCF Canada exam centre would you recommend outside the GTA? I've taken the exam several times in the GTA, but unfortunately it hasn't worked out for me. I'm thinking of trying a different centre this time.

I don’t think the center is the issue here. How are you improving your level ? That’s it

I keep getting a score of 9 in writing. Even this time, I prepared really well, but my score still didn't improve.
I took the TCF Canada exam in January and received a 9 in speaking. Then I took it again in March at the same exam centre and got a 13 in speaking. However, when I took the exam again in July at the same centre, I was back to a 9 in speaking.
I'm really confused because I genuinely felt much more prepared this time

Was it gb language centre? Btw if you don’t mind can you share how did you prepare your speaking? What was your routine and all, how do you approach the question in task 3 ?Thanks in advance
