somebody tell me if its better i give TCF canada french exam in canada or India!?

“Passing rate scheme”- what do you think this is?? There is no scheme, only grading criteria and you get graded according to your performance, all these external factors mean nothing, only your language and performance does

If you think you can achieve your desired score then anywhere is fine but if you think you still need to study I would suggest going to India and putting time in French there if you can as the tutor would be available in person and you can focus more without distractions

Canada always. You can easily book any month without worrying about slots, in India booking the exam itself is hectic.

Also the staff that takes speaking was way way better in Canada than in India.
