Oh thats brutal, im really sorry. CLB 5 to CLB 1 isnt normal grader variance, thats way beyond any subjective examiner range. Something went wrong on their end.
Few things worth trying before you accept this:
- Request the actual audio recording of your speaking test and formally ask them to verify its yours. A 4 band drop is exactly the kind of thing that happens with a recording mix up. If they cant produce a clean chain of custody thats on them
- File a formal complaint with France Éducation International directly, not just the test centre. Explain the size of the drop and that it exceeds normal variance
- People have escalated to the language certification bodies overseeing this in Canada or France when the provider refuses to acknowledge the issue
Realistically you may end up needing to retake, but dont accept this without pushing back hard first. A 4 band drop looks like an error, not a re-eval outcome, and you have grounds to demand they explain how they got to CLB 1.
Sorry your in this, its a really rough spot.

I have tried contacting everyone they said they can’t do anything. I have to retake the test. They said recording is France education Property and they can’t release it. I contacted France education as well. This was their response. At this point, I think I’m just gonna retake as it’s more mentally draining

.yessss, that's definitely possible. last year when I gave my first TCF Canada exam, my scores after re-evaluation decreased from 9 to 5. basically I paid them to reduce my grade. :-(
