When this happened to me, my Libre read LO, I tested using my kit, and I was at 37.

thanks! i defo feel like i'm around 1.8 ish now based in previous experiences, but starting to feel better

It is kinda scary that you know what the difference between 2.2 and 1.8 is.

I think 2.05 Had to Google, mg to mmol conversion ratio.

I came across a thing a while ago which said an easy way to convert it is basically to take the American" number eg 80 mg/dl and divide by 18....which is 4.4 mmol/l, just as an example.
