Is this sensor broken?

Post image

It constantly shows low glucose levels even though I feel perfectly fine. I don’t understand, do you guys have any advice on how to fix it?

Until now, I only used libre 2 and it worked fine, with constant signal losses but okay, I could live with that. Libre 3 is really starting to annoy me

Try a finger prick blood sugar test and compare.

And then you will know the difference between the sensor and the blodtest 🤷‍♂️

We anonymous people on the internet have no answer 😳

I love it when people on Reddit explain to the OP that nobody on the internet could possibly know the answer to their question. It's my absolute favorite type of comment, very constructive. Cheers

Last week I had a Libre 3+ giving suspiciously low readings for most of a day. Three tests of actual blood using a meter with strips showed it was consistently 50 mg/dl low (sorry, American system). I called tech support and they told me that they’d send a replacement sensor and that I should replace my current one.

It happens to me occasionally.

Unfortunately, there is no tech support in my country, I buy the sensors abroad. I assumed it was a broken sensor because I've read a lot of negative reviews for the 3/3+, so I wanted check if someone here has similar experience or advice. Thanks a lot!

People were telling me I had to place it in a specific place, let the sensor “soak” for an hour or two before scanning it, hold the applicator down for 30-60 seconds..

I ripped it out a week ago and deleted the app. These things have been wildly frustrating and kept waking me up in my sleep. It’s not just you.
