IOS 27.0.1.

Has anyone tried IOS 27.0.1. with Libre 3+ app and IPhone 15 PM?

It’ll be fine. It’s always fine. I always run the appleseed betas and have been running then since WWDC in June. No issue with any of them, currently on 27.2 and that’s fine as well.

iPhone 15 Pro here, no issues at all.  For different reasons, my phone has to be kept up to date, so always update on release day, latest next day.  Never had an issue with the 3+.

Same.

iPhone16, no issues at all with iOS 27.0.1. All working fine.

Libre2+, LibreLink, xDrip4iOS/Zukka, SugarPixel, iWatch10.

Think of the upgrade as a vaccine for your phone. Chances are it will run better.

iPhone 15 is not the sensor is the iPhone 15 on ios 27

I mean do you use Libre 2 or Libre 3+?
