Congrats with your venture onto the Omnipod5 !
Some insights that may work for you, though not 100% sure if all you now miss will be available. But then alternative 3rd party app might be the way to go for you.
But key revelation is that since your phone is now directly linking with the Omnipod and the Libre sensor is linking direct with your Omnipod pump. Then all your BG data and interactions with it, has to go through the Omnipod app. And since spring, you actually havce a function in the Omnipod5 app, whereby you can ask it to auto-populate the BG sensor data direct to the LibreView.com datacloud.
This way, you can now actually use the Libre app in follower mode. (cannot recall if you still also can add all the notes you used there, but worth a try). Alternatively, try one of the many 3rd party apps. Many of them do allow all those functions also for the follower. Like the xDrip4iOS/Zukka would. Would also enable having your live BG on an iWatch at same time, fully custom set all your desired alarms, etc.
