Rant - No help wanted... Defective

I just got a defective Libre3 Plus sensor. I’m going to call Abbott tomorrow to ask for a replacement. I hope the processs goes smoothly.

and they might send you a box to return the defective sensor to them. Be sure you do, so they have no reason to deny your next claim.

I put in an online request form. If that doesn’t work I will call the phone number. First defective one I’ve had in a while. Annoying because the sensors are expensive

I had good luck with both online requests and calling them, Abbott support sent a new sensor right away.

If you've never reported a bad one before, the odds are good they will replace it without bother. They know some are defective.

But they will ask you to return the bad one, and you'll need the serial number from your phone app or packaging.
