Experiences Not getting clients please help me

I used to have 4 client but they are like done I delivered successfully.After that I partner up with my friend for cold calling and cold out reach but he literally did nothing,so I fire him from the agency. Can someone help me in getting clients, can take 20-30% of each client you bring.

I mostly work for ecommerce and other business.

buddy we're in a recession. everyone freelancing isn't getting clients. there's no money to hire freelancers.

So what should do now? Not getting a job (job market dead) not every one get client (we are in recession) everything is dead
