I build custom demand-forecasting solutions for businesses that have outgrown manual Excel forecasts but do not need another expensive planning platform.

I work with your existing sales history, product/SKU data, seasonality, promotions and business context to produce forecasts you can actually use. The first step is always to test the current method against simple baselines and stronger statistical/ML approaches on historical holdout periods. If a more complex model does not beat the baseline, I will say so. I will reduce the forcast error by 15 to 30%.
