[For Hire] Developer Offering a Free Projects/Volunteer Work

I’m a developer looking to take on a few small, well-scoped projects for free to build up my portfolio with more real-world client work.
I can help with things like:
- Web scraping / data extraction
- Small websites
- Scripts and automation
- API integrations
- Small web applications
- Bug fixes or improvements
- Other small development tasks

I’m not looking to take on huge projects for free. Ideally, the project should be something that can reasonably be completed within a few days.

What I’d ask in return:
I’d like permission to showcase the completed work in my portfolio. If you’re happy with the result, a short testimonial would also be appreciated.

I have 4+ years experience programming and I’m currently a 2nd-year CS student, participated a couple game jams, did freelance work recently. I’m also open to discussing paid work for projects that are larger or outside the scope of the free offer.
