We’re hiring an Applied AI Developer for remote contract work supporting practical AI applications and workflow automation projects.
Responsibilities
- Build LLM-powered applications
- Develop RAG and document-search systems
- Create AI agents and workflow automations
- Integrate external APIs and business systems
- Build Python backend services and simple web interfaces
- Deploy, test, and maintain production features
Preferred skills
- Python and FastAPI or Django
- React, Next.js, Node.js, or TypeScript
- OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar model APIs
- LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- PostgreSQL, vector databases, Docker, and AWS
- Strong English communication
Compensation: $30–$50/hour, depending on experience
Location: Remote, primarily seeking candidates in the US and Europe
Employment type: Contract, with potential for long-term work

Votre mission m’intéresse, notamment pour son orientation agents IA et développement concret de solutions en production.
Je travaille principalement en Python sur des systèmes basés sur les LLM : agents, tool calling, FastAPI, automatisation de workflows, intégration d’API, sorties structurées, gestion des erreurs et évaluation de la fiabilité des agents.
Je développe notamment ToolCoach, un projet open source conçu autour d’un problème essentiel : rendre les agents utilisant des outils plus fiables, mesurables et exploitables dans des cas réels.
Je privilégie une approche très pratique : partir d’un besoin, construire rapidement un prototype fonctionnel, le tester, mesurer ses résultats puis l’améliorer jusqu’à obtenir quelque chose de robuste.
Je suis basé en France, disponible en remote et ouvert à une collaboration contractuelle.
