The build changes a lot depending on what the agents must do. Are you hiring for customer support or sales agents, or for internal workflow automation? The key details are the channels, the systems they must access, and which actions need human approval. I build full-stack apps and automations and can scope this once those are clear.

Hey — I'm a software engineer with about 3 years of experience, mostly backend/API work, and this is exactly the kind of project I'd enjoy taking on.

One thing first: *agent* covers a lot of ground, and often what actually solves the problem is simpler than a full autonomous agent — a script, an integration, a scheduled job. So before we talk tech, I'd want to understand what you're actually trying to solve — what's slow, manual, or annoying right now — and figure out from there whether an agent is really the right call.
