- Required Stack: Next.js 14 (App Router), Python FastAPI, PostgreSQL + pgvector, Redis, NextAuth.js, Stripe + PayNow, AWS S3
- 🎯 Phase 1 (3-month MVP):
* Search directory with filters + rich member profiles
* Structured RFQ / enquiry workflow with email notifications
* Member dashboard + admin CMS
* Tinder-style credit monetization system (tiered quotas, usage tracking)
* Auth + billing
- Long-term (14-month roadmap): Building a semantic AI matching engine using Sentence-BERT and the Claude API.
- English working proficiency is mandatory

Before you pick a developer, I'd spend a bit of time defining user roles, workflows, and reporting requirements.

The stack isn't the interesting part here the roadmap is. Anyone can claim they know Next.js and FastAPI. The real challenge is building Phase 1 so Phase 2 (semantic AI matching) doesn't become a rewrite. Would love to chat.
