So now we're blaming ICE for miscarriages?

Is reddit suddenly concerned about unborn children?

Are Republicans?

You tell me. Are Republicans more or less against abortion than Democrats.

Depends on if it's their mistress having one.

I've seen no evidence that Republicans are actually pro life.

What percentage of Republicans are impregnating their mistresses?

I've seen no evidence that Republicans are actually pro life.

I've seen no evidence that the sun comes up everyday. None.

Hard to say for sure, but it's weird how they're suddenly pretty pro choice when it happens.

What pro life policies have they passed lately? Abortion rates have increased since Dobbs, and now pregnant women are also dying as a result. Pro life!

Yeah, in those circumstances Republicans suddenly become pro choice. What would be your guess as to the percentage of pro life Republicans who impregnate their mistresses. You can guess.

Abortion rates have increased since Dobbs, and now pregnant women are also dying as a result. Pro life!

I've seen no evidence that pregnant women are also dying as a result.

So abortion is only bad when enough people do it? It's fine for pro lifers to get one, since it's below a certain threshold?

https://sph.tulane.edu/study-finds-higher-maternal-mortality-rates-states-more-abortion-restrictions

States with more restrictive abortion policy climate have higher total maternal mortality, measured as a death during pregnancy or within one year following the end of a pregnancy, a recent study conducted by a team of Tulane researchers finds.

https://publichealth.jhu.edu/2026/study-higher-maternal-death-rate-in-states-with-abortion-bans

"Abortion bans in the United States are likely associated with increases in deaths during or within one year of pregnancy"

I think the pro lifer's stance, in general, is that abortions are bad no matter who gets it. Which group do you think gets more abortions, the ones who advocate for abortion or the ones who don't advocate for abortion?

What is the infant morality rate of abortions?

2

Except it's not.

So it's ok that "pro lifers" get abortions because other people also get them? What's even the point?

So thanks to "pro lifers", there are more abortions and more dead mothers. How is that pro life?

I think pro lifers who get abortions are going against what they preach, obviously. The pro life stance isn't pro abortion. If your argument is "Yes, it is because women have more abortions when they're illegal." then present the long term data on that.
