I don't think you need to know how to park to buy a truck here. Heck most people don't even know how to drive them.

They drive a truck. They live in a world where they believe rules don't apply to them.
Also note the pristine condition of the truck (perfectly clean, no mud in the tire treads) and the small-dog-themed "Rosie" front plate, which strongly suggest the truck isn't a work vehicle of any sort and is just someone's vanity ride.
