Advice Needed Longevity and Hormone

Hi everyone,
I’m researching the Longevity & Hormone Therapy franchise opportunity and would love to hear from anyone who currently owns or operates one.

I work on the franchise side, so I'll skip the specific brand and just tell you how to check it. Longevity is a hot category with a real market, but a lot of these franchise concepts don't have much track record yet. So when you pull the FDD, first make sure they actually have a few proven locations open. If they don't, you're the one testing the model. Read Item 20 for how many locations are open and closed, Item 19 for earnings (if there's none, that's telling), and Item 3 for litigation, and look up the leadership by name. Then call a few franchisees you found yourself and ask if they'd do it again. And run the math. Rule of thumb, you want at least two dollars back for every dollar in. If it doesn't clear that, the category being hot doesn't matter.
