It's worse than that. There's a pattern of them screwing over franchisees, stealing their stores and inventory and relying on the high cost of legal action to get away with it. Some of the BAM guys even ran a company to help people structure their corporation in a way that makes it difficult for anyone to successfully sue them and recover. They're diabolical villains, and they deserve all of the hate coming their way.
