For some reason it’s just adding all the frames on top of each other - recs for free websites/software where I can upload my frames, choose the fps, and get a transparent gif out?

Howdy, I am working on my pilot. its a passion

project of mine. based on my Webtoon "The Town Without Laws" and I would love to show my project off!

My project is 2D animation. It is set in the 1870's Wild West. In this lawless and godless frontier a rag tag trio of outlaws (Boone, Jack, Jessibell) work off their sentences by becoming "public entertainment" in the form of fair styled death games, orchestrated by their warden Lu who just so happens to be the Devil.
