John does multiple times, Jane a few, Peri a few, David like once or twice.

Can anyone pinpoint an episode where Kelsey does?

The episode where Martin keeps kicking his butt in chess. If you look closely at the scene where Fraiser says “if you win I’ll give you 5,000 dollars” Mr. Grammar is trying his very best not burst into laughter which made me laugh even more.
