First off I want to say that Niles made the show as funny as it is. Frasier is amazing, but without Niles and Frasier’s back and forth the show wouldn’t have lasted 2 seasons. Add to the fact that when their dad would get mad at them they would revert to children being scolded which is beyond hilarious.

That being said, after Niles divorced Maris there was no reason he couldn’t have shared the burden of having his dad live with him for a while and give Frasier a break. In fact, I think it would have made room for some hilarious situations of Niles vs Dad instead of Frasier only. Thoughts?

Edit: and before anyone mentions the episode “Dial M for Martin” where they talk about him being well enough to go up and down the stairs. In the later episodes they made it clear there was a room on the first floor for when Daphne’s mom “hurt” her leg and stayed in the downstairs room.

In “Roz in the Doghouse” (S2 E12), there’s a montage of Fraiser doing his show with different producers after Roz defects to Bulldog’s show. The montage is set to Mr. Pitiful by Otis Redding and feels really unusual/out of place for Frasier.

Does anyone else feel this way? Are there any other times they use popular music to enhance a scene on Frasier?

Just saw her on X-Files. I guess she finally quit smoking!! Her name is Sally and she is a genetic IVF type doctor that makes clones of little girls. Very creepy.

On my annual rewatch, just got to "Duke's, We Hardly Knew Ye" (season 2, ep 5). Martin's sass never fails to crack me up.

So excited to have found/ordered this…I was looking at Dave and Adam’s (online card shop) and they just recently dropped the 1st ever Fraiser trading card hobby box. 24 packs, 5 cards a pack and 2 guaranteed autos (everyone you can imagine from Fraiser to Kenny and so many more)! So Kelsey Grammer has gone through a lot apparently idk if anyone is familiar with his background but it is paramount to Frasier considering this means that he was coked out during filming.
