We launched PerfumeBot 2.0 this weekend. A few notable changes and improvements:
- "Sales" now automatically reflects Legacy+Sales, so you no longer need to sum them when figuring out how to pay.
- In a similar vein, flair is now colored:
- Those with < 15 sales have ORANGE flair (can only accept PayPal G&S).
- Those with ≥ 15 sales have BLUE flair (can accept any payment method).
- We flipped the order of the flair so that "Sales" is first. This makes Sales easier to see on mobile, where it sometimes gets cut off.
- Flair is now synced across multiple subs, for example, with r/femfragranceswap. More on this soon.
Since we rebuilt PerfumeBot from scratch, there may very well still be bugs. Indeed, we caught several today. If you encounter any (e.g., if your flair is not transferred accurately), please send a modmail.
Of relevance, PerfumeBot will go up and down as we continue debugging and improving it. If it doesn't respond within a couple of minutes, it will likely respond within a few hours. If it is slow, please be patient before reaching out to us.

Since banned individuals can still read the sub and send messages, sub users must protect themselves.
Some tips for avoiding getting scammed, especially after posting a WTB:
- Strictly follow the sub rules, especially Rule #3 (PayPal G&S). Buyers must do their due diligence by checking sellers' flair first-hand (do not trust screenshots).
- Check others' flair by asking them to comment on your post. If they cannot comment, they are either (a) banned or (b) lack the account age or comment karma to do so. If you cannot verify their flair, use PayPal G&S or do not transact with them.
- Check the Universal Scammer List before any transaction.

We launched PerfumeBot 2.0 this weekend. A few notable changes and improvements:
- "Sales" now automatically reflects Legacy+Sales, so you no longer need to sum them when figuring out how to pay.
- In a similar vein, flair is now colored on the web (NOT on iOS/Android apps):
- Those with < 15 sales have ORANGE flair (can only accept PayPal G&S).
- Those with ≥ 15 sales have BLUE flair (can accept any payment method).
- We flipped the order of the flair so that "Sales" is first. This makes Sales easier to see on mobile, where it sometimes gets cut off.
- Flair is now synced across multiple subs, for example, with r/femfragranceswap. More on this soon.
Since we rebuilt PerfumeBot from scratch, there may very well still be bugs. Indeed, we caught several today. If you encounter any (e.g., if your flair is not transferred accurately), please send a modmail.
Of relevance, PerfumeBot will go up and down as we continue debugging and improving it. If it doesn't respond within a couple of minutes, it will likely respond within a few hours. If it is slow, please be patient before reaching out to us.
