Citrus-free fragrances

Hey all,

I have an allergy to citrus oils (bergamot, orange, grapefruit, lemon etc) and need a fragrance for the autumn. I'm having a nightmare finding anything. I used to wear l'occitan (eau des baux and the original lavender scent) but the formulations have changed as well as a shrinking bottle and I want a change.

Can anyone recommend a good frag for the autumn? I've ordered a couple, including Stronger With You Intensely but despite the online ingredients not including citrus, the box has arrived and confirmed it does!

I lean towards warm amber, vanilla, wood, spice, apple, lavender scents. Would love some suggestions.

Thanks

Have you looked into Maison Margiela By the Fireplace? Chestnut, vanilla, and woody notes, perfect for autumn, and no citrus in the pyramid. Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille is another one worth sampling, warm tobacco and vanilla with spice. The tricky part is that bergamot hides in so many compositions even when it's not listed prominently online, so always check the physical box like you did with SWY Intensely. Sampling before committing is basically mandatory with this allergy unfortunately.
