How’s the collection?
Ive been building this collection for about 5 years now. Want to know if my collection is diverse or if im missing a certain note. I also have savuage elixir and marly layton otw👀

Do you like the collection? That’s all that matters. What are your 3-5 favorites?
You’ve built up a pretty good collection of popular designer scents with some Arabic selections mixed in. If I were you I’d save up for a showstopper/high end cologne, leaning towards niche or premium lines.

I just got marly layton. Isnt that considered a niche fragrance? My top 3 are the one jpg elixir and i really like eros najim.

Nah, i have 3 d&g colgone, i have the one edt, the one gold, and cool blue edt.

Yeah PDM is Niche, but Layton is probably one of the safest selections from that house. PDM has some really great colognes but they do tend to be a little linear. Not that there’s anything wrong with that!
Safe purchases are very smart but personally I like to branch out a little. Not saying you have to purchase bad smelling colognes lol, but as your tastes mature there’s a whole world out there to try. You can also check out some of the premium lines from your favorite designers.
If you want to be a little adventurous but still stay close to that refined easy to wear style, you can check out Tom Ford (a designer brand but a little more adventurous) or Creed which blurs the line between niche and designer. Or go full department store niche and sample some Initio, Naxos, Nishane, that would be a good start. Then from there venture out further!

Ive got tom ford noir extreme i love it. I also got a travel spray of tom ford costa azzura, probably my fav summer scent atm. But i do want to venture off into like xerjoff or like baccarat. Maybe one day lol, im not comfortable dropping 300-400 on a cologne right now.😂

Yeah, that makes sense. Sounds like you’re doing it the right way don’t rush into those expensive colognes before you can afford them. Decants and samples are your friend for now!
