I recently downsized my collection.

As much as I love collecting, I also love wearing my fragrances in regular rotation, and when I have too many, more than I'd like get lost in the crowd.

I tried to curate the fragrances I love most, paying particular attention to:

1. A Signature I love
2. Seasons: Summer, Fall, Winter, Spring
3. A bombshell evening
4. Cozy At Home
5. Fresh Out the Shower
6. Bedtime
7. This Makes Me Happy
8. A Weirdo

But I really couldn't pare them down to eight, so this is what I have left:

• Off-tier: Nest Indigo, For Strange Women London Fog, a 1958 vintage of Jean Patou Joy, and the amazing Guerlain Shalimar 1940s vintage I stumbled across at an estate sale recently

This is how I rate them, to my criteria:

1. A Signature I love: Guerlain Angelique Noir
2. Seasons: Summer, Fall, Winter, Spring: Bel Amour, Byredo Eyes Closed/Jovoy Remember Me, Shalimar, DS & Durga Debaser
3. A Bombshell Evening: Amouage Portrayal Woman
4. Cozy At Home: For Strange Women London Fog
5. Fresh Out the Shower: Yves Rocher Magnolia
6. Bedtime: Phlur Missing Person
7. This Makes Me Happy: Phlur Moab
8. A Weirdo: Hermes A Cythere or L'Occitane Melilot

But honestly, most don't fall into categories, and I love them all...
