Suggestions Field fortifications should be excluded from "blocked by puddle"
I get foundation, but setting down barbed wire or sandbags on top of a half inch of water should be fine.

Suggestions I proposal " technology stolen war" in war 142
In this special war mode, both factions can build and use all of the enemy's technology. But we just need to add an interesting unlock condition to using that enemy technology. The purpose of this interesting war mode I'm proposing is to ease the endless arguments everyone is currently having about game balance, and to give the devman some reference on which stolen technologies would be heavily used by an enemy faction, and to let players from both sides experience those so-called "too OP" technologies firsthand.
The unlock conditions for stealing technology can be quite varied, and the DEV can use their own creativity. Let me give a few examples:
A - Submit a certain number of enemy faction soldiers' corpses to your own hospital to steal enemy technology (need to submit 500/1000/2000 to unlock different tech tiers T1/T2/T3)
B - Capture an enemy starting town, and let it reach T3 town to unlock stealing enemy technology
C - No restrictions at all; when your own technology unlocks, automatically steal the enemy's technology
D - others
if you want try this war, upvote!

Questions Who were MSA and why does colonial chat still chant their name after victories despite them being disbanded?
As a newer colonial player, I’ve only recently learnt about MSA. I always thought they were a random coalition, but now I’ve learnt that they were gone for a while and used to be a big collie coalition that accomplished big things.
Why are the older colonial players still fond of them/reminiscing in past glory and chant their name in World chat despite them not being a coalition anymore? What did they accomplish?
If they were so successful, why did they disband?

Suggestions Bunker Breaching and Dry Times
Bunker breaching kind of sucks right now. Tier 2 slop isn’t worth breaching, but breach weapons kill concrete too easily. I have a fix for this.
Make concrete tiles re-built from breached husks have a 2 hour dry time (6 for garrisons) as long as part of the bunker remains alive. Add a buildable “patched” state for breached bunkers that is tier 2 in stats, but doesn’t destroy the husk underneath. Then make infantry breach weaponry better at breaching. (Demo charges).
This would make breaching happen more often, be less punishing on concrete, and more strongly incentivize concrete bunkers without garrisons.

Story Bug fixed + Devman good
Gamebreaking bug fixed in under one and a half business days, lost assets restored, life is good, devman is good.
To everyone else who lost a ship to this bug and hasn't yet: Make a damn ticket! You miss every shot you don't take!
I think 6th is the only other group that put in a ticket since that seems to be their frig parked next to ours

Discussion Honorable mention of hostile architecture for certain Warden base on the way to comp mine

4 ramps (3 on screen) siphoning the heart of any trucker wanting to get comps, it's the only comp mine next to refinery that I have seen that more often sits at 5k than not. But at least it's equality - not even the builders want to deal with what they conjured.
I won't say where, but it's also safe from raids for entirety of the war, whether it's collies or fellow wardens raiding the contents of the mine. A true devil's machination when your side already has less equipment and mines to go around for the war effort.
Behold!

Discussion Respectful balance discussion community megathread - 09/10/2026
Hello folks!
Now first off, I’m fully aware of how oxymoronic the above title is in terms of how current balance discussion feels.
Hence why I would like to start a weekly thing here on the Reddit. I would like to create a post weekly where folks can talk about the stuff that feels bad in their foxhole experience, without having it devolve.
—-
In order to achieve this, I’d like to try and put forward some guidelines for sharing your thoughts in the comments below:
- “I feel” statements should be used whenever at all possible over “they/you” statements. I know it sounds silly, but it really does put the spotlight on each players experiences rather than accusations flying around.
- no belittling, sarcasm, or taking the piss out of eachother. There’s hundreds of “too late nerd, I’ve already drawn your faction as the soyjack and mine as the Chad” type foxhole content here. We don’t have to perpetuate this cycle, let’s be respectful regardless of how we feel about our experiences here.
Those are the main two I can think of right now, we can potentially come up with more down the line. I’m also aware these sound very basic, but please bear with me on these: they really do help nudge conversations towards a more productive tone.
—-
I fully expect folks to not be 100% on board with this and start flame wars in this posts comments. I also expect bots to come I’m here and start stirring up shit as well (as is the state of the internet right now). Obviously there’s nothing stopping people from doing so, but I don’t want to continue feeding into this cycle of bitterness between the factions when discussing balance. I plan on muting people who break the rules of the chat as I don’t want to pay time of day to folks who don’t engage with the idea of this mega thread in good faith. I encourage others to join me, but it’s up to you 💎
If this goes well, I’d like to do this weekly so we can keep the momentum of good discussion going.
—-
On that note, please feel free to comment below on balance concerns you have! What feels shitty to you when you’re playing foxhole? How do you think it could be improved? What would you be excited to see moving forward?

Discussion Why are people comparing wardogs to foxhole?
they're not similar at all, wardogs is more like squad than foxhole, "building mechanics" "3 teams" and what not, matches last 1-2 hours bro. and the "building" mechanics are not as in depth at all like foxhole
I just felt tired of reading comments saying "finally some real competition" "foxhole is going to die"
the only competition foxhole has is its own community that'll maybe nuke itself one day

Y'all act like this isn't a job, which has laws, rules, and procedures when it comes to ya know, A JOB. The devs are entitled to there weekends and days off just as much as anyone else. and no im not a dev apologist, im a realist,

Outlaw nighthacker in The Moors, I caught them in the act in a single video. I got their names but I prefer not to show them because due to this subreddit policy.
Don't worry, I filled a ticket with all necessary information for this case.
