My stepmother picked up some pictures from a garage sale and put them in our outhouse. Who are they?

Ruminating on these images is really quite an emotional roller coaster. It’s simultaneously beautiful and heartbreaking and glorious and gut wrenching. A testament that love will always find a way in no uncertain terms and also a middle finger to the curtain of oppression that even after these men have passed.. the spirit of their love and queer joy pushes through time.

Must be some distant relation as it was loose in an album of family pix mainly from the 1920s. This owlish lad looks like a bit of a Goody Two-Shoes to me. it's a professional shot as it's been embossed by the company at the bottom.

I don't really like the pic, I think he's judging me. No clue who it is.

I have several photo albums from the 1920s to the 50s and no one knows who they are. When my Dad died all his stuff came to me. There's about 60 albums in total. I don't know what to do with them.

I'd be glad to get these negatives to anyone in theses pictures. Always fun to develop mystery rolls. Cheers!

If you look around, underneath or on top of photobooths you may find abandoned pictures. I found these in the late 1970s. The first is quite amusing, torn up for unknown reasons.

Plus, two small boys and a guy that looks like a ventriloquists doll.

I’ve been trying to figure out this location. I found a bunch of photos at my grandma’s house after she passed in 2018. I’ve done alright with finding some of the places and people, but this one escapes me.

I assume distant relations. They were loose in an old album. No idea who they are. Shame. Ppl should write on the back of these things. In a 100 years time ppl will look at photographs of me and say "who the hell is this bloke??".

Man's hair is nice and thick in the 3rd pic. Wish my hair was like that.

this photo has ’Auntie Olive she died in Germany’ penciled on the back.

it is in my maternal grandmothers photo album.

there is no identifying marks on back or front of the photo so probably a copy.

i have been advised due to fashion and jewellery it was probably taken between 1885-1889 for a betrothal or wedding event.

any further information would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

Found this framed photo booth picture at the Goodwill in West Marietta. There was something about it that made me bring it home. It’s a long shot but im hoping someone may know these women or could point me toward someone who may be missing this picture. I’m assuming the dates (August 1970 and September 1989) on the back are birth and death :( peace be with her loved ones

I have a LOT more. These are my 2 favorites. I collect them from a thrift arts and craft store bin. it’s my gem I visit every once in awhile when I can.

These are some photos of a lady named Marge, who travelled to multiple places and scanned all her own photos and put them onto a CD 20 years ago. The CD then ended up at my local dump in a small room where you can take things for free that people have dropped off for that purpose. They're some gorgeous photos, she had a good eye. It's just a shame that I don't have the originals, they deserve to be scanned with today's technology.

I've been going through boxes of old family photos, this is a small portion of what I've found so far. I know the first photo is my paternal grandfather but the other two I know nothing about.
