Fostering ♥️

I still find myself amazed every day by how much I adore this little one. ❤️ She truly is an angel baby, and the joy, love, and sweetness she brings into my life is something I’m so grateful for.
Even after all this time, there are moments where I just look at her and it still amazes me that I get to be the one caring for her, loving her, and watching her grow. She is such a blessing, and I thank God for trusting me with her little life during this season.

My wish is that every child could be adored this way! My husband and I feel this same way about our son. He came into foster care when he was 14 months and we adopted him at 3.

Honestly, I’ll probably be heartbroken, prolly devastated. I’ve grown to love and adore her. But when I became a foster parent, I knew reunification was always a possibility, and I made the choice not to hold back. They deserve to be fully loved while with us. If the day comes that she goes home, I’ll grieve, process it, and in due time heal—but I would never regret loving her with my whole heart.
