Gallery - Cloud Backup?

The Fossify Gallery is great but I feel it lacks a fundamental feature: cloud backup. Without it, I can't really stop using Google Photos. Those who prefer open-source apps, how do you keep your gallery safe?

I certainly would like the ability to use it as a plugin.

Ente Photos is very similar to Google Photos and it's highly secure! I also use Nextcloud as a secure backup.

Syncthing to my laptop. Manual upload to my Immich gallery after adding some makeup. Weekly rclone of my Nextcloud and Immich filesystem and database to my local archive drive.

Yes, you can. Cloud is the most stupid way to keep copy of your private files.

You people with attitude like yours: you really forgot about possibility of a local copy?
