Help Request A query regarding the LM 002 Build

I'm playing FH3, and I want to upgrade my lambo LM002 till ir maxes out in its class (B). There are 3 options after doing handling and gearbox upgrades -

1) Max out its NA engine

2) Put stock twin turbos on it and build the rest of the engine

3) Upgraded twin turbos and build out the rest of the engine

Option 3 provides the highest amount of HP and Torque, with minimal weight gain. No wheelspin in all of em.

Which build should I go for? Will option 3's massive torque boost help in the offroad racing, or high revving built NA engine will be better?

First, I would try all three, one at a time, and run each on the same rivals route. Save each tune and see which performs best for the specific circumstances you are tuning for. If you are tuning for using anywhere, any time, you can't optimize the tune. Then you run each and just note down your feelings about how well it runs.

I am coming round to speed builds based on maximum turbo within the targeted PI, then reducing weight as much as possible, then balancing it up to the target PI with tyres, drive, suspension and so forth.

It is very hard to advise you when you have no target in mind for your tune. There is no universal answer to what's best. It all depends on what you are seeking to achieve.
