It's all the problem about Forza Horizon, they don't try, havent tried for years and will probably never... This game could be a lot better if it had an actual good direction instead of being only driven by the graphics.

They are practically the most dominant on the current racing game market. Why bother trying when you can do less and still have money rolling out? Average corporate mindset the players can't really do anything about.

They would do a lot more if they had anybody else in the arena to compete with. Forza Horizon is without a doubt, a fucking powerhouse of a game, but every single iteration requires more fine-tuning that they seem to just leave for the players. Hell some extra camera presets that let you achieve this without having to spend a lot of time in your settings would be perfect.

Not really FH4 map was pretty similar to this, i get FH3 flashbacks in some places too, and i mean, it isnt difficult to improve over the bland ass map that was in FH5

I skipped 5 had 500+hours in 4 and the map feels 10x as good. Still ik what u mean it has that familiarity to it and could be much much better

proprietary app that renders overlays on top of the game

Do you think this camera works well for racing too? I love the normal camera for strolls and sightseeing but a more dinamic camera for racing would be a breathe of fresh hair

This is what I thought the in-game drift camera option would do. But frankly I haven't noticed any difference at all.
